Along with reading Body Kindness, you will be given daily challenges and additional resources to kick your old habits to the curb and create new habits that honor your body and health.
Once a week I will post a video with tips and tools to help you end your struggle with food, treat your body with love and respect, and start living your life to the fullest.
You will be asked to join a private FB group where you will receive challenges and tools that reinforce the topic each week and it will help keep your accountability strong.
These prompts will help you get clarity, hone your focus and shift your perception of habits that don't serve you.
